1 Training

a. Induction Training for New Joinees - Fixing up the induction training schedule, Define and make the training requirements, coordinate with other departments, moniter the induction schedule and get the feedback from employees who attended the induction training.

b. Internal & External Training : Make the TNI in consultation with each team manager, make the training calendar, coordinate for the internal and external trainings as per the training need identification & Plan and obtain the training feedback from the employees after the training.

c. Training documents : Make the Training Plan Vs Actual records and all relevant documents updated.

2 OE Recruitment

• Make annual recruitment plan based on the HC requirement.
• Develop sources of head count recruitment like campuses, agencies, portals, etc.
• Support for the onboarding of new joiners

3. Committee Management (Redressal Forum)

Monitor the Redressal forum very closely and support the reduction of the employees' grievances.

4 Others Support

• the team for conducting all the employee engagement activities
• Make necessary documents in relation to IATF, OSHAS, EMS etc
• Support for employee retention
