HR Specialist - Operations

Job summary

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support day to day HR operations and manage the employee lifecycle. The role will involve onboarding, HR documentation, HRMS management, employee engagement, employee relations, grievance handling, and exit formalities. The candidate will also provide support in recruitment and payroll activities as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and employee files.
• Manage and maintain HRMS employee records with accuracy and data integrity.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication.
• Conduct HR skip level meetings, stay and exit interviews.
• Address employee queries and provide support on HR policies and processes.
• Assist in employee relations activities and grievance handling.
• Coordinate exit formalities, clearances, and documentation.
• Provide support in recruitment and payroll activities whenever required.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Education and Experience

• Post Graduation Degree in Human Resources
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR generalist.

Additional Details

Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Location : Embassy Tech Village, Kadubeesanahalli, Bellandur, Bangalore
