HR Sourcing Specialist (Contractual Opportunity)

Job location: Goregaon East

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Understand hiring requirements and build relevant talent pipelines.
• Coordinate with recruiters/hiring managers for open positions.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

• 14 years of experience in HR sourcing/recruitment.
• Good knowledge of Boolean search and recruitment portals.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements in a target-driven environment.
