HR Sourcer/Recruiter/Scheduler

Position: Candidate Sourcer

What Youll Be Driving

In this role, you will operate as a strategic sourcing partner, working closely with consulting stakeholders and recruitment teams to identify and engage top-tier talent across critical business functions.

• Collaborate with department managers and leadership to understand hiring needs
• Gather and analyze role requirements and candidate profiles
• Create and post job advertisements across various platforms
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other databases
• Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Requirements:
  
• 1+ years of experience in bulk hiring / non-IT recruitment
• Prior experience in BPO hiring (voice/non-voice) is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Strong communication (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Good understanding of HR practices and recruitment processes
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
