HR Solutions Services Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and other welfare benefits.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in benefits administration and recommend changes as needed.
• Collaborate with HR team to develop policies and procedures related to employee benefits.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to employee inquiries about their benefits.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of US benefits laws and regulations (e.g., ERISA).
• Proficiency in managing complex databases and spreadsheets using tools like Excel or Access.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data effectively.
