• Understand all aspects of assigned US Health Welfare in order to effectively provide customer service.
• Excellent communication written/verbal skills.
• Ensure compliance to all federal and state laws, and client specific requirements.
• Assist with routine and periodic benefit plan audits.
• Resolve queries using Root Cause Analysis / Quick Solver techniques.

• Candidate should be comfortable with night shifts (5:30 PM - 3:00 AM)
• Candidate should have good communication skills.
• For Senior Analyst role, candidate should have minimum 3.5 years of US Health Welfare experience and overall more then 4 years of experience is required.
