Role & responsibilities

• Manage assigned US Defined Benefit plans with strong understanding of plan provisions
• Perform accurate manual benefit calculations
• Respond to employee and client queries in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain proactive and positive communication with stakeholders
• Support routine and periodic benefit plan audits
• Research plan rules and recommend changes when required
• Resolve issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Quick Solver techniques

Requirement

Excellent communication skills and Interpersonal skill.

4+ years of experience in Defined Benefits is required.

Those willing to work in US Shift (night shift) may apply.

Other Details

Cab facility.

5 days working a week.

Both side cabs

Sat sun offs

WFO
