Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  
• Oversee factory HR activities, including employee engagement, welfare, grievance handling, and relations.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies for employee retention and development.
  
• Ensure timely completion of all HR generalist activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance appraisal etc.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-17 years of experience in Human Resources or related field (HR Generalist Activities).
  
• Strong knowledge of Contract Labour Management, Factory Hr, Employee Engagement, Employee Welfare, Grievance Handling & Employee Relations.
