Job Description:

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, BGV, and offboarding.
• Mass Onboarding: Coordinate and execute mass onboarding sessions, ensuring all new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
• Proven experience in managing the Hire to Retire process and handling mass onboarding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday (Mandate), Ariba, and ServiceNow (Good to have).
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) applications in HR processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience in delivering orientation programs and employee training.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
