Requirements

• 4-8 years of C&B / Benefits / HR Operations experience.
• Mandatory: EMEA Benefits Administration experience.
• Multi-country EMEA exposure preferred.
• Experience with Workday or SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
• ServiceNow end-user experience required.
• HR Shared Services / HR Service Center experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• AI adaptability is a plus.
