What would you do Ensure Service Excellence: Drive the delivery of high-quality services, ensuring alignment with SLAs, KPIs, and strategic business objectivesLead First Time Quality (FTQ) Initiatives: Spearhead efforts to minimize rework, ensuring First Time Quality across operations, and driving continuous improvementOptimize Resource Utilization: Strategically manage resources to maximize operational efficiency and meet business goalsMaintain Current Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with evolving client updates, policies, statutory requirements, and trends, ensuring compliance and relevance in service deliveryStrategic Problem Resolution: Lead the identification and resolution of complex issues, providing guidance to teams and ensuring smooth operationsPrioritize and Delegate Effectively: Manage competing priorities, delegate tasks where necessary, Champion Process Improvement: Drive process optimization initiatives, contributing strategic input for new or reusable process standardsHR Process Mastery: Leverage in-depth HR process expertise to drive best practices and ensure efficient and compliant execution of HR servicesClient Issue Management: Proactively manage escalations, researching and resolving complex client issues with a focus on relationship management
What are we looking for Hand-on Knowledge of HRMS (SAP, Workday, Oracle) is required8-10 years of experience in Human Resources Operations (HRO), with expertise in Workplace Benefits Administration (WBA), Compensation Management, and Performance ManagementSolid knowledge of HR policies, processes, and systems related to employee compensation, benefits, and performance managementProficiency in Oracle HRMS or similar HR systems is highly preferredExperience with Payroll processing and compliance is a plusDemonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a positive, results-driven culture while promoting individual growth and team cohesion.
