What would you do The Payroll Manager will be accountable for the operation and delivery of Payroll services to the client. The position ensures quality of service is maintained, client targets are met and day to day people management.Payroll certification would be an advantageStrong MS Office and Excel skillsProficient in Operational Excellence PracticesShould have a good understanding of Payroll Controls and Checks to ensure payroll is 100 percent accurate including reconciliation of previous month versus current month payroll results and variances with reasons zero or negative net pay reports and reasons duplicate payment reports input versus output checks and related controlsKnowledge of ADP Workday SAP Kronos and SuccessFactors
What are we looking for Relevant years of in depth experience and knowledge in Payroll for Airline Aviation clientsRelevant years of experience managing teams and client key stakeholdersStrong practical experience managing end to end APAC payroll processing includingPAYG withholdingSuperannuation including SuperStream complianceLeave accruals and termination paymentsGraduate in any discipline
Roles and Responsibilities: Participate in the establishment and development of the operation leveraging previous Payroll outsourcing experience to provide a differentiated service to the clientEnsure delivery of non commercial aspects of the outsourcing agreement as well as standards of service relating to quality effectiveness productivity efficiency and related measuresInitiate design and implement business process excellence improvementsDemonstrate and seek to deepen awareness of business industry issues and driversMake decisions to improve the operation of the assigned service line and contribute to the advancement of the client and Accenture businessProvide solutions to complex business problems within the service lineEstablish and maintain key relationships with the client team leads and client managementAct as a subject matter expertUnderstand and adhere to Data Protection CriteriaMust be flexible with respect to shift timings
