What would you do

• Provides recruitment administration support and executes transactional activities across the talent acquisition lifecycle.
• Candidates with End to End Recruitment experience Domestic International Market
• Administer onboarding of new employees including all onboarding activities like orientation registration, completion of background check, creation of SAP record, etc. What are we looking for
• Attention to detail; strong communication; customer service orientation; confidentiality and compliance awareness; MS Office proficiency; ATS exposure preferred such as Taleo or Kenexa. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Create and manage requisitions; schedule interviews and assessments; support candidate screening and talent pool management; facilitate reference checks and background verification; maintain candidate records in ATS; support onboarding; assist with vendor invoicing and recruitment administration.
