What would you do Provides recruitment administration support and executes transactional activities across the talent acquisition lifecycle.Candidates with End to End Recruitment experience Domestic International MarketAdminister onboarding of new employees including all onboarding activities like orientation registration, completion of background check, creation of SAP record, etc.
What are we looking for Attention to detail; strong communication; customer service orientation; confidentiality and compliance awareness; MS Office proficiency; ATS exposure preferred such as Taleo or Kenexa.
Roles and Responsibilities: Create and manage requisitions; schedule interviews and assessments; support candidate screening and talent pool management; facilitate reference checks and background verification; maintain candidate records in ATS; support onboarding; assist with vendor invoicing and recruitment administration.
