    This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions

  9. Serve as the primary responder for employee queries and requests related to Workday hire to retire transactions (hires, terminations, data changes, etc.).
  10. Process high-volume, Hire to Retire HR transactions in Workday with accuracy and within defined SLAs.
  11. Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  12. Troubleshoot and resolve basic Workday issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
  13. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services.
  14. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and data privacy requirements.
  15. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for greater efficiency.
  16. Maintain clear documentation of processes and resolutions.
  17. Support rotational shifts, including US hours, as required.
  18. Assist in data validation, reporting, and system audits.
  19. Document processes and maintain accurate records for compliance.
  20. Work closely with senior analysts to learn and contribute to strategic projects.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
  22. In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
  23. Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor
  24. You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments

  26. You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work
