The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance Oversight: Act as thepoint of contact to support compliance in service delivery You will ensure that all employee records, onboarding documents, and termination procedures adhere to federal and state mandates.

Audit Readines Lead internal audits of employee files and HRIS data. Youll be responsible for maintaining "audit-ready" documentation for external regulatory bodies.

Training Program Management Design, coordinate, and often facilitate mandatory training sessions. This includes Data compliance training, process training.

Employee Inquiry Resolution: Serve as the first tier of support for complex employee relations issues, providing guidance that aligns with both company policy and legal requirements.

Employee Inquiry Resolution: Assist in drafting and updating the Employee Handbook to reflect changing regulations and internal shift in best practices
