HR Senior Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Handling ends to end HR activities

2. Strong in recruitment and payroll

3. Good in manpower vendor Management

4. Should be able to identify new Manpower vendors for blue collar hiring.

5. Employee engagement activities.

6. Resolve employee-related issues with Leave & attendance and other issues, Coordinate with Payroll & Compensation benefits team.

7. Developing & Maintaining MIS report & other HR reports

8. Handling exits interviews

9. Preparing Monthly updates of HR Department
