Job Description HR & Business Development Head Retail & Hospitality

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR & Business Development Head to lead human resources and business growth initiatives across our retail showrooms and hospitality business.

The role involves managing recruitment, employee development, client acquisition, corporate tie-ups, partnerships, and driving overall business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

Develop HR policies, maintain staff records, and ensure smooth HR operations.

Handle employee grievances, training, grooming, and workplace discipline.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail and hospitality.

Build and maintain corporate partnerships, B2B relationships, and client networks.

Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.

Coordinate with management on business strategy, staffing, and operational improvements.

Visit retail outlets, hotel properties, and client locations as required. Requirements

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Experience in HR, recruitment, business development, or client relationship management.

Ability to manage multiple teams and drive business growth.

Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.

Comfortable with travel across Delhi & NCR.
