Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Ensure timely communication with applicants regarding interview schedules and offer extensions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in bulk hiring, end-to-end recruitment, or talent acquisition.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in Advertising/Mass Communication or HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of advertising industry trends and marketing concepts an added advantage.
