• Work Mode: WFH
• Shift: Day Shift
• Working Days: 6 days per week
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Salary - 6,000 in hand salary
• Incentives: Unlimited performance-based incentives

• Undergraduates and graduates can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Good spoken English and communication skills.
• Comfortable with calls and candidate interaction.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to learn HR and recruitment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As an HR Recruitment Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Connecting with candidates and explaining relevant job opportunities.
• Understanding candidate profiles and checking their eligibility.
• Conducting initial telephonic screening and interviews.
• Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintaining candidate information and recruitment records.
• Building and managing a strong candidate pipeline.
• Meeting daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Handling candidate queries professionally.
• Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
