Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding. You will work across departments to attract top talent for both IT and Non-IT positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers and technical panels for interview scheduling
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
Assist in onboarding and induction of new hires
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in HR recruitment.
