Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across multiple locations.
  
• Coordinate bulk hiring campaigns, talent acquisition strategies, and selection processes.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Oversee team handling responsibilities, ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in B2C or BPO hiring, bulk hiring, end-to-end recruitment, mass recruitment, or volume hiring.
  
• Proven track record in managing teams and executing successful recruitment campaigns.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
