HR Recruitment Professional

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various roles within the BFSI industry through campus hiring, sales hiring, and other channels.
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding new employees.
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to identify potential candidates.
• Design and deliver induction training programs to ensure smooth transition of new hires into their respective roles.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in HR Recruitment or Talent Acquisition in the BFSI sector.
• Proven track record of successful campus hiring campaigns and sales recruitment drives.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
