Senior Talent Acquisition Executive / Specialist

Industry: Construction / Infrastructure
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
• Recruit for positions such as Civil Engineers, Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC, Billing & Planning, MEP, Electrical, Safety, Surveyors, and Project Staff.
• Coordinate with Project Heads and Department Heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, schedule technical interviews, and coordinate selection.
• Manage offer/LOI, salary negotiation, joining follow-up, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database, and time-to-hire / closure reports.
• Handle bulk hiring and urgent project manpower requirements.

Eligibility :

• Graduate / MBA / PG in HR or relevant field.
• 2-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, EPC, real estate, or engineering industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and recruitment processes.
• Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred: Immediate joiners and candidates with experience in project/site hiring.
