Retail Recruiter Job Description

Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial HR discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Handle hiring for Sales Executives, Store Managers, Cluster Managers, and other retail roles.
• Manage bulk and location-wise hiring as per business requirements.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer release, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure positions are closed within TAT.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail hiring.
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Strong sourcing, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work with recruitment targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment processes.
