• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of candidates.
  
• Conduct headhunting activities to identify top talent for senior positions.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of recruitment plans.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in HR Recruitment or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, End-To-End Recruitment, Hiring, Head Hunting, Recruitment Management processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong client relationships.
