Key Responsibilities

• Understand technical requirements and job descriptions from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through Naukri
• Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and other job requirements.
• Conduct initial recruiter screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
• Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Ensure candidates have a positive recruitment experience throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide suitable profiles.
