Position: Recruitment Intern
Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
Location:Andheri Mahalaki Caves
Employment Type: Full-Time / Internship

Job Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and collect relevant information.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with HR and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and joining.
• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
• Post job openings on recruitment portals.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining recruitment reports.
• Support the recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to use Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Preferred Qualification

Graduate / MBA / PGDM HR or currently pursuing HR-related studies.
