HR Recruitment Intern

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assist in planning and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to identify potential candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a pool of qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and offers made.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year experience in HR or related field (preferably in recruitment).
• Strong understanding of human resource management principles, including talent acquisition best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders at all levels.
