Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruitment activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, recruitment documentation and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team with end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Post job vacancies on relevant recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/online candidate screening.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with offer documentation and pre-joining formalities.
• Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and MIS reports.
• Assist the HR team with other day-to-day HR activities.

Skills Required

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
• Good sourcing and candidate coordination skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple requirements.

Qualification

• Any Bachelor's degree.
• MBA / PGDM HR candidates preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
