HR Recruitment Intern

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assist in creating job postings, job descriptions, and job specifications for various positions within the organization.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, ensuring timely scheduling and communication throughout the process.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open roles.
• Provide support during onboarding new hires by handling paperwork, orientation, and training.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in HR or Recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, including job posting creation and interview coordination.
• Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement and feedback.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
