About this role
Role & responsibilities
Source potential healthcare candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, and databases).
Screen resumes, evaluate candidate profiles against job requirements, and conduct preliminary phone screenings.
Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate tracking sheets / ATS regularly.
Assist in candidate follow-ups, document collection, and onboarding coordination.
LOCATION- REMOTE 100% WFH
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN LAPTOP/DESKTOP AND stable WIFI
COMPENSATION- Rs 3000 per month stipend
INTERNSHIP DURATION- 3-6 months

Preferred candidate profile
Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree (BBA, MBA - HR, B.Com, Psychology, or any graduate).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Engllish is a must
Basic understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment workflows.
Ability to handle outbound calling and candidate engagement professionally.
Prior knowledge or strong interest in the healthcare industry is a plus.
