Hr Recruitment Intern

Role & Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Talent Acquisition (TA) and recruitment from sourcing to onboarding under the guidance of senior HR team members.
• Source and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update the ATS.
• Execute recruitment tasks assigned by senior HR team members and support day-to-day HR activities.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Stipend

15,000-20,000 per month (in-hand)

This is a paid internship opportunity with a stipend of 15,000-20,000 per month, depending on the candidate's skills and interview performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• HR/Management students or fresh graduates.
• 01 year of HR/Recruitment/TA experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
