HR Recruitment Intern/ Apprentice

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the job description's qualifications.
• Assist in scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in HR or Recruitment role.
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using HRSd (Human Resource Software) systems for sourcing profiles.
