HR (Recruitment & HR Operations) - Mumbai/Pune

Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical functions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen profiles, conduct HR interviews, schedule technical interviews, and coordinate offer rollouts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain recruitment MIS.

HR Operations:

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, and other HR documents.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HRMS with accuracy.
• Handle attendance, leave records, employee queries, and HR documentation.
• Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and HR audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• Pune - Akurdi/Bhosari location.
• 1-8 years of relevant experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience working with HRMS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently.
