Hr Recruitment Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with department managers
• Manage candidate follow-ups and joining formalities
• Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports
• Support onboarding and basic HR documentation
• Build a strong candidate database for future hiring

Requirements:

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• 13 years of recruitment experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals and MS Excel
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets
