Role & responsibilities
- Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment requirements, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and employee records.
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, team-building events, and employee recognition programs.
- Support employee onboarding, induction, feedback collection, and grievance coordination.
- Manage attendance, leave records, HR documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and provide regular recruitment and HR activity updates to the HR Manager.
