HR Recruitment and Operations Support

• Support recruitment activities including sourcing, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and offer documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS reports.
• Assist with onboarding formalities, documentation, and new joiner coordination.
• Support employee lifecycle processes including confirmations, transfers, exits, and HR records management.
• Maintain employee data and ensure timely updates in HR systems.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR-related documentation and process compliance.
• Generate periodic HR reports and support audits, data validation, and record management.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and employee engagement initiatives as required.

Eligibility:

• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination and/or HR operations.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR data management.
