HR Recruitment Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for new hires based on performance metrics.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the application process from initial screening to offer acceptance.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market demands.
• Excellent sourcing profiles creation skills using various platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter or other tools.
