HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and manpower requirements from the concerned departments.
• Prepare and post job openings on various job portals and recruitment platforms.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, databases, references, social media and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and basic candidate assessment.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the concerned department/senior.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection, documentation and joining.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with selected candidates regarding offer letters and joining formalities.
• Maintain proper records of candidates at different stages of the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with colleges/placement cells for campus recruitment whenever required.
• Support the HR team in onboarding and other recruitment-related activities.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring status.
• Handle candidate queries professionally and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word, Google sheet, Email writing.
• Comfortable using job portals and online recruitment platforms.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with different departments.
