Hiring: HR Recruiter (Fresher)
*Hiring: HR Recruiter – Freshers Welcome*
*Location:* Begumpet, Hyderabad
*Salary:* 12,000/ -14,000/-month + Incentives
*Shift:* Day Shift
*Working Days:* Monday to Saturday
*Sunday:* Fixed Off
*Job Type:* Full-Time | Work from Office
* Eligibility Criteria:*
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Any Graduate / Undergraduate/ post grauates
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
* Roles & Responsibilities:*
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct HR telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates until they join.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline.

* Training & Probation Note:*
• Training and probation period: 3 months.
• Candidates who achieve at least 50% of the assigned recruitment target during the probation period will be eligible for a salary revision to *14,000/month from the 4th month onward*, subject to performance review.
