HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter (Remote India)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Post job advertisements on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna and other recruitment platforms.
• Search for candidates, screen resumes and arrange interviews.
• Recruit candidates for customer service, sales, HR and other assigned positions.
• Explain job responsibilities, salary, incentives, training materials and compliance requirements to candidates.
• Assist new employees with onboarding, work tools, account IDs and work environment setup.
• Maintain recruitment records and submit daily recruitment reports.
• Follow company recruitment procedures and avoid duplicate candidate submissions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with good communication skills may also apply.
• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed or Apna is an advantage.
• Good English communication and computer skills.
• Able to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
• Must be based in India.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: INR 30,000 per month.
• Attendance Bonus: INR 3,000 per month, subject to eligibility.
• Monthly Recruitment Target: 5 successful hires.
• Additional Recruitment Incentive: INR 3,000 for each eligible hire above the monthly target.
• Employee Retention Incentive: INR 5,000 for each eligible recruited employee completing 2 months of employment, subject to company policy.
• Performance incentives based on recruitment results.
• Work From Home (Remote).
• Full-Time Position.

Performance Requirements:

Recruitment performance will be reviewed monthly based on successful hires, candidate quality, onboarding completion and compliance with company policies. Any incentive adjustments will follow the applicable compensation policy and Indian employment laws.
