Job Title: HR Recruiter (Internal Hiring US Staffing Division)

Location: Mumbai

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Internal HR Recruiter to lead the growth of our India-based operations. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our internal team, responsible for identifying and hiring top-tier talent (Recruiters, Account Managers, and Sourcers) who will serve our US-based clients.

You must have a deep understanding of the US Staffing ecosystem and the specific DNA required to succeed in a fast-paced, night-shift/global delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Internal Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for internal roles, including US IT Recruiters, Bench Sales Recruiters, and Sourcing Specialists.
• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, Monster), and niche networks to find candidates with a proven track record in US Staffing.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct rigorous screenings to evaluate communication skills, understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and the ability to work US business hours.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with Leadership to understand headcount needs, define personas for successful hires, and provide weekly hiring pipeline reports.
• Brand Advocacy: Act as the first point of contact for candidates, pitching our company culture, growth trajectory, and incentive structures.
• Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate a smooth transition from offer acceptance to the first day of training.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3–6 years of experience in HR Recruitment, with at least 2 years specifically focused on internal hiring for a US Staffing firm.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the US Staffing industry, including visa types (H1B, L1, OPT/CPT), time zones, and the "night shift" work culture.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills—essential for assessing the communication levels required for US client-facing roles.
• Tools: Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced Boolean searching.
• Mindset: A "hunter" mentality with the ability to sell a vision to passive candidates.
