SUMMARY
Requirements
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to candidate joining.
- Understand job requirements and prepare job postings.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offer status.
- Coordinate salary discussions and release offer letters.
- Ensure timely collection and verification of candidate documents.
- Track candidate joining status and ensure smooth onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Meet recruitment targets within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and job portals.
