We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to assess talent effectively, and a proactive approach to hiring.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
- Communicate with candidates regarding job roles and updates
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs
- Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates
- Use job portals, social media, and other sourcing platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in any field (HR or Business preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Ability to evaluate candidates effectively
- Familiarity with job portals or ATS/CRM tools is a plus
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
