About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are interested in building their careers in Human Resources. The selected candidates will get hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for Sales, Pre-Sales, and other departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining formalities.
• Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily reports.
• Support the HR team in attendance tracking and employee coordination.
• Assist with other HR-related activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in HR, BBA, MBA, or any relevant field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Interest in recruitment and Human Resource Management.
• Good coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
