HR Recruiter

Qtonix Software is looking for a passionate and proactive HR Recruiter to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to grow a career in HR and recruitment, with additional exposure to broader HR activities. The selected candidate will play a key role in sourcing and hiring top talent while also assisting in employee engagement and other HR functions.

• Collaborate with the HR team to understand role requirements, recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment with company needs.
• Use different job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri), social media platforms, referrals, and networking to source high-quality candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct initial telephonic screenings, and shortlist candidates for interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to enhance recruitment processes and strategies.
• Assist the team in employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and company events.

• Masters degree in Human Resources (HR specialization is mandatory).
• Prior internship experience in HR is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in both recruitment and HR operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with job portals is a plus.
