About this role
We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and result-oriented HR Recruiter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, candidate engagement, and onboarding support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand hiring requirements from management and department heads.
* Create job postings on hiring platforms.
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and databases.
* Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates.
* Conduct initial HR screening calls.
* Coordinate interviews with management.
* Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
* Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
