Role & responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for Plant and Sales positions.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Data Bank)and local networks/ITIs for plant hiring.
• Screen resumes and coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
• Maintain recruitment trackers/MIS.
• Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and pre-onboarding formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring/high-volume roles.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per TAT (turnaround time).
• Conduct reference checks and background verification.
• Conduct onboarding and induction coordination.
