Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in human resources and recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to identify qualified candidates
• Maintain and update candidate databases and records
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
